In current market we are witnessing in every sector a great competition generated by an increasing number of producers, who are committed to offering similar products, in order to carve out space and market share.
This strong competition on the one hand has inflated the market with more or less similar products, on the other it has pushed more than one competitor, in order to stand out from the crowd, in the direction of total quality.
In this endless pursuit of product improvement, Unionplast has chosen to adopt the total quality approach. We are in fact aware that investing in quality represents the only paying choice in the medium to long term.
Total quality for Unionplast is pursued by adopting a holistic approach in thinking and designing a product, or in developing an existing product. Our design philosophy observes and respects the following aspects:

Thus, was born the new model of post-extruded PVC plinth with double gasket that we present today to complete the already large range of plinths that we have always produced and offered to our customers.
The new product is characterized by the following aspects:
- technology, perfect flatness of the product to guarantee a better coating with total absence of imperfections
- aesthetic, the new gasket, in addition to the normal sealing function in this case further enhanced, also ensures an important aesthetic advantage by allowing only the coated profile to be visible
- functionality, thanks to the heights available in the catalogue 100/120/150, the new line guarantees total adaptability for all types of bases
- resistance, the extrusion of the new plinth has been revised and improved in order to ensure greater structural solidity to the benefit of durability and usability over time
